Whether you have endured one traumatic event and have not felt the same since, complex childhood trauma, or trauma from an abusive relationship, these are areas in which I specialize and can help.

Given the current state of the world, it is now common to find that symptoms related to anxiety and depression may have worsened. We can work through these issues together.
Online & In-Person Services
Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home or, if you prefer, in-person sessions are also being offered.
